I'm a personal chef and cooking teacher. I've had a passion for cooking elevated homestyle food inspired by world flavors for many years. I especially like to prepare simple recipes using fresh ingredients.
Most of my love of cooking developed from watching cooking shows and helping in the kitchen while growning up.
As an adult, I've continued my culinary interest by experimenting with recipes, reading cook books, and watching many cooking shows. In 2011, I attended Cambridge School of Culinary Arts to learn new techniques and gain a professional perspective.
Now, I share what interests me about food, recipes, and ingredients through the classes that I teach.
