Adam is a working artist that splits his time tattooing at Redemption Tattoo in Cambridge and creating his own personal artwork at Jerome Street Studios in West Medford. He is the son of a sculptor, and from a young age, expressed great interest in the creative arts. His personal artwork explores themes of the mystical and spiritual, posing questions through drawing and painting about our place here in the universe.
Artistic exploration has evolved into a practice of self-study. The act of making art allows a space to be created between the experience and the experiencer; a way to momentarily pause from consistently looking outward towards the external, and catch a glimpse of one’s internal world. This action has led to new understandings, and more importantly, new questions.
