I’m a personal chef and cooking teacher and I've been cooking, entertaining, and event planning for over twenty years.
I've always been interested in homestyle food inspired by world flavors. I especially like to prepare simple and flavorful recipes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Most of my love of cooking developed from helping in the kitchen while growing up. As an adult, I've continued my culinary interest by experimenting with recipes, reading cookbooks, and watching cooking shows.
In 2011, I completed the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts certificate program to learn new techniques and gain a professional perspective.
Since 2011, I've been sharing what interests me about food, recipes, and ingredients through the classes that I teach.
My professional culinary services include: Zoom cooking classes, meal planning, event cooking demos, recipe development, and product reviews/ collaborations.
