About the Artist
I studied art at the school of visual arts in New York City, and got my masters at city College majoring in ceramics. Traveled and studied in Japan, and became very influenced by tea ceremony and woodfired Pottery. Came back to America and built a woodburning kiln and worked in a traditional Japanese style. My studio is in my home in Medford and I currently enjoy making functional wear and freeform sculptures.
